新建零件/New Part

 

 

1.         点创建零件/Click New Part button

2.         点确定/Click OK

3.         点矩形孔/Draw Rect Hole

4.         用鼠标选择起始点和结束点/Use a mouse to define Start Point and End Point

5.         修改长度宽度数值/Modify the values if needed

6.         添加圆孔/Add a Round Hole

7.         绘制矩形整列/Draw grid

 

8.         选择加工特征菜单/Select Feature Edit toolbar

9.         系统自动分配引入引出线,如果不理想可以选择干涉检查,然后点确定/ the system will assign lead in/out(s) automatically, if the result is not acceptable, we can select Check Interfere button as above.

10.     引入引出线被自动调整/after you apply above checking, the lead in/out(s) will be adjusted.

11.     点击编辑导入,右边会出现编辑窗口/ User also can modify Lead in/out. As above, when you Click Edit Lead in button, an Edit dialog will appear on right side.

12.     选择调整起始点,然后把鼠标移动到零件位置,这个时候可以根据需要移动引入线位置/If you don’t satisfy the lead in position, click Adjust StartCut Point and replace it manually.

 

13.     修改尺寸/Modify the size if needed.

14.     引入线大小被调整/The size of lead in will be changed.

15.     点击编辑导出按钮,然后点击红色亮点/Click Edit Lead Out button, then select a highlighted red point.

 

16.     修改引出线尺寸和相关参数/Modify Lead out size and related parameters if needed.

17.     点击添加,然后选择边框上的一个位置,添加一个微链接加工特征/Click Add Microjoint button then select a position on the boundaries.

 

18.     点击保存,保存上面添加的加工特征/Click Save button, all above operations will be kept.

 

 

新建板材布局文件/New Sheet layout file

 

19.     选择快捷启动,然后点击创建板材按钮/Select Create Sheet from Quick Start toolbar.

20.     系统弹出板材信息对话框,可以修改名称,选择材料尺寸,选择方案信息,如果不做修改直接点击确定按钮/ New sheet information dialog will pop up. User could type in sheet name, sheet size, sheet scheme if needed. Click OK at last.

 

21.     选择添加零件按钮,添加零件进行手工排版套料/Select Add Part Placement button. We could distribute parts on the sheet.

22.     鼠标左键双击要添加的零件名,然后鼠标到板材区域/Double click a part and move you mouse point to the work area.

23.     选择位置,点击鼠标左键放置零件,如果零件比较小,可以采用滚动鼠标来放大缩小视图,按住鼠标中间来移动视图/click right mouse to define the position, if the part is very small, you also can zoom in/out or pan by your mouse at the same time.

24.     对零件进行简单整列操作,如果愿意可以在右边对话框处进行修改/Use part Grid button, if you want to draw a part grid. Then use can type in accurate value from the right modification dialog.

 

加工工序编辑和NC代码生成/ Cut Sequence and NC Generation

 

25.     切换到工序NC菜单/Move to Sequence and NC toolbar.

26.     点击自动分配工序/Click Auto Assign Sequence button to assign sequence.

27.     点击工序模拟按钮,可以用+/-符号来调整模拟速度。如果不满意可以用手工编辑按钮进行干预/Click Sequence Simulation button to simulate sequence, use can use +/- key to adjust simulation speed. If you don’t satisfy the result you also can use Edit buttons to modify sequence manually.

28.     点击查看NC代码按钮,这边生成的是标准G代码格式如果你需要为您的机器定制G代码,请把您的需求提交到support@cutleader.com

Click View NC Code you will find the NC code.

This is standard G-Code, if you want to customize G-Code base on your machine, please submit your request to support@cutleader.com

 

 

29.     点击保存NC代码,就可以输出进行加工了.但是试用版本当前输出行数有限定,如果需要激活软件请联系sales@cutleader.com

Click Save NC Code button, you can export above NC codes, there is some export limitation in trial version, if you want to active it please contact sales@cutleader.com

 

 

 

30.     保存板材文件,现在排版信息和加工信息都被保存下来,填写名字后点击确定按钮

Save sheet file, all layouts and sequence will be kept, type in sheet name if needed.

 

 

 

 

 

自动套料排版/AutoNesting

 

31.     回到快速启动菜单,点击新建排版作业按钮

Go back to the quick start toolbar and click Create Nest Job button.

32.     选中一个零件后选择添加/ Use your mouse to select one part and click Add

33.     选择排版数量// define the nest part count

34.     选择排版按钮//Select Nest button

35.     选择一个板材,然后点击确认按钮//Select one or more materials and click OK

36.     试用版会出现提示,可以先忽略,点确认按钮// ignore the trial version message and continue the nesting progress.

37.     选择生成的板材,可以看到预览情况,这个例子由于零件太小,效果不明显,最后保存排版作业//Select the exported sheet, you could preview it on the window.

38.     修改名字后点击确然按钮//Modify sheet name if needed.

 

数据库管理/Database Management

 

39.     点击数据库管理图标,可以查看到排版的板材文件(不包括加工工序)还有统计信息

刚才的两个文件现在都在CutLeader自带的动态数据库里面,采用数据库管理让文件之间通讯更流畅,读取速度更快捷,还为企业管理软件查询读取信息预留了方案

    Click the Database Management button to check all above files including nesting job information file. These are all kept in CutLeader dynamic database. It makes the system faster and reserves some communication ports for other ERP software.

40.     关闭CutLeader,Windows开始菜单里面启动数据备份程序,然后选择备份数据库选项,点击备份,系统会自动把我们动态数据库里面的信息备份起来。这样保证了数据更安全

Close Cutleader and start Data Backup and Recovery application. Select backup options and Click Backup button, the system will backup all above data and make sure the reliable safety.
